Refund policy
International & EU Returns Policy:
If you are purchasing from outside South Africa (including the European Union), you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. However, all return shipping fees, international courier charges, and any South African customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred to return the product back to our facility must be borne entirely by the customer.Your refund will only be processed upon successful physical receipt of the original goods and a thorough inspection thereof at our South African premises. Goods must be returned in a perfectly saleable condition inside their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct any diminished value, damage, or unpaid customs/SARS fees from your final refund amount.

Please send tracking details to orders@madman.co.za  once you have sent the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a voucher to repurchase or a refund as appropriate.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded or replaced.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take photos where possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like crimp connectors shrunk heat shrink and customised products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
